I was under contract when Covid hit and was forced to back out of the deal. 3 years later and I finally closed on my first home! Eric was my realtor from the beginning. We touched base over the years and when I was ready to start looking again I knew that there was no one else I would rather have as my realtor. He was always positive, upbeat, and attentive. He made sure he found answers to all the questions I threw his way and even gave me answers to questions I didn’t know I had. I couldn’t recommend Eric any higher as he checked all the boxes, crossed the T’s and dotted the I’s. Eric makes you feel so comfortable that it’s almost like checking out a house with an old friend. As a whole Berkshire Hathaway was very professional, informative, and all around helpful. They had a great concierge service that help me set up all my utilities and sent me in the right direction if they couldn’t. The lending agent Eric recommended was awesome as well and it just adds another positive to my experience with Berkshire Hathaway! I could not be happier with my experience and I will highly recommend to anyone in the future.

Along with being personable and professional, he demonstrated that he really wanted to do everything he could to sell my property. He was very informative of the process. One thing I appreciated most were the weekly update calls. Like clockwork, he called me every Friday to discuss the past week's activity, even if there wasn't any. He was always very encouraging on the calls and this really meant a lot because my property was hard to sell.
